Aadam’s mum Shenaz discovered thieves had stolen from her son’s grave[/caption]
His mum Shenaz Daji-Laher found the grave at Batley Cemetery, West Yorks, pilfered and said: “How low can a person go to do something like this?”
Shenaz revealed how she found out about the incident.
She said: “My father-in-law goes to the cemetery every day as that is where my mother-in-law is buried too, and he just happened to mention that the stones have been missing for a few days.
“At first he thought we had bought them home to wash as this is something we do quite often.
“My first reaction was disbelief. I couldn’t believe someone could actually steal from a grave never mind a child’s.
MINDLESS THEFT
“I think I am more angry now than anything.
She said of the mindless theft: “I don’t know how you can sleep at night knowing that you have robbed a little baby’s grave. This is nothing but a vile and malicious act.”
Shenaz has not reported the incident to the police because she “did not think there was any point”.
She found support on social media, with Mohamad Zakariya Daji calling the theft “absolutely disgusting”.
