Bancroft fans sickened as Elizabeth watches her son Joe have sex – and locks eyes with his new girlfriend

ELIZABETH Bancroft has sickened viewers of the new series by watching her son have sex in a pool.

The murderous DCI – who is played by actress Sarah Parrish in the ITV crime drama – followed her estranged son to the hotel he was staying in with his new girlfriend before watching them together.

He is coming under suspicion of murdering his girlfriend Annabel’s father and stepmother in a bloody slaying.

And determined to prove her son’s innocence Bancroft has involved herself in the case.

But after speaking to her son she followed him when he went to meet Annabel in the hotel pool.

And when the pair began to have sex in it instead of looking away, Bancroft crept forward and stared more intensely.

In a disturbing twist Annabel spotted Elizabeth watching them and stared back into her eyes.

It was too much for viewers who hit out at the killer mother for her creepy behaviour.

Other viewers were convinced that Annabel’s behaviour meant she was responsible for the killings and was framing Joe.
