Demi Lovato’s ex Wilmer Valderrama engaged to model girlfriend Amanda Pacheco

WILMER Valderrama proposed to girlfriend Amanda Pacheco on New Year’s Day.

Demi Lovato‘s ex of almost six years shared the news about his engagement to the 28-year-old model on social media today.

With a picture of himself on one knee, the That’s 70’s Show actor announced his engagement to Amanda.

The caption of the picture read: “It’s just us now. 01-01-20.”

After posting the picture, he was congratulated by many of his celebrity friends, such as Eva Longoria, Gabrielle Union, Roselyn Sanchez and Kevin Jonas.

Roselyn Sanchez wrote: “Congrats! Enhorabuena” which is a Spanish saying used to congratulate someone.

Gabrielle Union wrote: “Congrats!” while Kevin Jonas and Eva Longoria commented with praising and clapping hands emojis.

Wilmer‘s ex Demi didn’t comment on the photo despite reports that the two remain friends after their break-up.

The proposal came two weeks after Demi Lovato and model Austin Wilson ended their short-lived relationship.

Wilmer and Amanda were first linked in April 2019 after seen shopping in Los Angeles.

They later stepped out together for Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas‘s wedding in June 2019.

The couple has been very vocal about their relationship on social media, constantly posting pictures together.

Demi and the 39-year-old actor started dating back in 2010, but the couple had a few rocky moments due to Demi’s addictions.

She even praised him for his unconditional love and support, and claimed that she would say yes if he proposed.

She said during a Huffington Post Live: “He never takes credit for my sobriety, but I guarantee I wouldn’t be alive without him today.”

But, ultimately, the couple called it quits in 2016 after a source claimed they didn’t love each other like before anymore.

The source told E! News: “The relationship had turned into more of a big brother-little sister kind of relationship, the romance wasn’t what it used to be.”

Demi had gone Instagram official with new boyfriend, model Austin Wilson in November 2019.

However, the couple called it quits just a month after, and Demi is reported to be focusing on herself and her new music.

Before Wilmer, Demi most famously dated Joe Jonas. She then dated MMA fighter Guillerme Vasconcelos after her break-up from Wilmer.
