GEMMA Collins rejected a one MILLION pound fitness DVD deal and has begged Adele for weight loss tips.
Chatting on her most recent podcast with friends Lucas and Ryan, the diva, 38, opened up about her body insecurities.
The former Towie revealed how in every interview she takes part in the questions mainly focus on whether she’s lost weight, gained weight or is currently on a diet – all because she’s a plus-size woman.
Gemma went on to chat about Adele’s recent seven-stone weight loss which shocked fans.
“I want to know Adele how you lost weight, was it being in love with Skepta, is she even with Skepta? Adele, please help a sister out here honey, I love your music, I’ve bought every album.”
Ryan went on to ask Gemma if she thinks that the superstar singer, 31, will ever bring out a fitness DVD – which provoked Gemma to casually admit that she had been asked to create one of her own – but turned it down because she was unwilling to drop down to 10 stone.
Gemma replied: “Nah, Adele’s too cool for that. Nah fitness DVDs are so boring, I got offered to do so many of them and I just want to put it out there, they wanted me to weigh ten stone and they were like, ‘we’ll pay you a million pounds if you get down to ten stone’ and I said keep your million pounds, at the end of the day, that is not normal for someone like me to actually really get so slim that, it just wouldn’t be right for me so I said no.”
She added: “I actually like my body, Adele if you’re listening… what’s another song I love of Adele’s… [starts singing].
“Hello, it’s me, it’s the GC and I wanna know what diet that you did, it’s been so long that I can’t lose it, so can you lose it. Hello from the other side, Adele can you help me out?
“Adele this is an SOS honey, either send Skepta over here or let’s all go to the gym together because she looks incredible! I’m sure Adele sat there one day and felt like me.”
It comes after the mum-of-one showcased her dramatic weight loss at Drake’s party in Goya Studios, Hollywood back in October last year.
The singer displayed her trim figure with an off-the-shoulder velvet dress, puff sleeves and a belt which showed off her tiny waist.
With such a drastic change in her looks, fans started to question how the Rolling in the Deep singer lost so much weight and it was revealed that she cut sugar out of her diet and started lifting weights.
The Sun’s Dan Wootton also revealed how Adele’s weight loss is down to The Body Coach Joe Wicks after secretly following the personal trainer’s high intensity workout videos.
Adele has stayed out of the gym to train at home since splitting in April from Simon Konecki, 45 – her husband of eight years and dad to their seven-year-old son Angelo.
It is also reported that she is a fan of personal trainer Dalton Wong, who helps actors get into shape for roles, including her pal Jennifer Lawrence.
The reality favourite has been up and down with her weight since her rise to fame in 2010 during her first appearance on ITVBe’s The Only Way Is Essex.
However, last year Gemma shed an incredible 2.5 during her appearance on Dancing on Ice, which was all because of her working hard during training and her new new vegan diet.
She also admitted to using £250 slimming injections to help lose more weight and even documented it on her social media account.

Despite always being under scrutiny in the media about the way she looks, Gemma currently loves the skin she’s in but knows that she’s got stuff to work on.
She said on her podcast: “Pasta and potatoes have been the devil to me, I’ve only got to look at it and put on weight.
“Guys imagine being me all my lovely slim friends have been able to eat whatever they wanted and never put on an ounce of weight.
“I’ve only got to look at it and I’ve gained a stone. But hey ho, I’ve been blessed with other things, I do love my body, I can sit here and say I love it but there are improvements I want to change.”
