FORMER EastEnders star Richard Blackwood has joined Hollyoaks.
The actor – who played Vincent Hubbard in the BBC soap – was pictured at the Channel 4 soap’s Liverpool studios to start filming.
Richard, who last appeared on EastEnders two years ago when Vincent had a gun pointed at him, was pictured walking from the main building back to the car park and into his car.
No role has been confirmed but it has been speculated that Richard is joining the cast in a major role.
He will reportedly play a face from Warren Fox’s past who will rival the gangster in the villain stakes.
Actor Jamie Lomas teased that a familiar face would be playing the new villain.
He previously told Digital Spy: “Warren grew up in a children’s home, so they’re going to explore that.
“They’ve got a character coming in as part of that. I can’t say who’s playing the character, but it’s a well-known face.
