KATIE Price returned to The Priory for a psychological assessment – 16 months after checking in for PTSD.
The 41-year-old went back to make sure she was “mentally stable”and able to film her reality TV show My Crazy Life.
The MailOnline revealed photos of Katie on the phone outside the famous rehab centre to the stars in South West London.
Katie’s family begged her to get help in September 2018 following drink and drug binges.
She was diagnosed with co-morbid post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and told to stay in rehab for 28 days to stop her self-destructive behaviour.
Confirming she had returned to The Priory today, Katie said on Instagram: “Yes, that’s right. When you do TV you have to see a psych because there’s people taking their own lives so they have to make sure you’re mentally stable. And I am.”
She added: “I’m not The Priory for any reason other than filming my TV show for Quest.”
Following the tragic deaths of Mike Thalassitis and Sophie Gradon’s, ITV bosses offer stars therapy sessions under the show’s care package for 14 months.
They both took their own lives after leaving Love Island.
Mum-of-five Katie returned from Spain earlier this week where she was visiting her terminally ill mum Amy.
At the time of Katie’s stint in rehab, Amy, 64, blamed her daughter’s three ex-husbands and critics on social media.
Katie had also struggled with her split from third husband Kieran Hayler, and clashed with first husband Peter Andre over care of their two children.
Her behaviour spiralled out of control as and she was filmed drunkenly cavorting with two German men in Majorca and rapping: “I love coke.”
She attempted to turn her life around after rehab was over, but has since divorced Kieran, split with her toyboy lover Kris Boyson after cheating on him and been declared bankrupt.
Katie let her hair down at celeb hotspot Sheesh after returning from Spain.
The tipsy star ditched her underwear and barked like a dog on wild night out.

Today she thanked her eldest son Harvey for his “unconditional love” as he returned home for the weekend from residential care.
She made the difficult decision last year to put the 17-year-old with disabilities into care an hour away from the family home.
But their bond has proved unbreakable and Katie has leaned on the teenager a lot as she tried to move on from her break up with Kris.
They even went on holiday alone together to celebrate the New Year.
