What scares you?
Getting old. I’ve got a real phobia of things ending or being final.
What is your favourite word?
Sorry – I say that a lot.
What is your worst habit?
Bossing people around. I’ll always make a suggestion of how people can do it better.
Who or what is the love of your life?
I’ve got so many loves in my life [she’s currently dating businessman William Lee-Kemp], but I’ll go with Bella, my miniature Yorkshire terrier.
Who would you invite to a dinner party?
Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson and Ed Sheeran.
How often do you have sex?
I have a healthy amount. Let’s just leave it at that!
What is your experience of grief?
Losing my nanny Pat in 2015. I was so close to her and she was like a best friend.
What makes you angry?
London traffic and angry men.
Leave or remain?
Remain. No one likes change!
All-time favourite movie?
Love Actually.
Favourite TV show as a child?
The Muppets.
What is your earliest memory?
Christmas morning with my brothers Mark, 33 [TV personality and presenter] and Josh, 30 [professional footballer], when I was four or five. I remember running down to all the presents and mince pies.
Which public figure do you admire?
Michelle Obama. She’s not afraid to be herself.
Who was your first kiss?
The first time I had a kiss it was with two boys in one night. I felt like my legs had gone to jelly.
What is your biggest regret?
Letting a man from my past knock my confidence and change me as a person. I’m back to me again now.
If you could go back in time where would you go?
Back to Victorian times so I could wear those big dresses with the corsets.
Who would you like to apologise to?
Anyone whose heart I’ve broken. There have been a few!
Do you have a party trick?
I can dislocate my hip.
How do you relax?
A nice glass of wine and a box set.
Tea or coffee?
Coffee.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Channing Tatum.
What’s in your handbag?
Lip balm, concealer, my charger and some vitamins.
Most famous person in your phone?
Millie Bobby Brown.

To do some sort of ballroom dancing.
