EastEnders star Jessie Wallace told shocked crew ‘I know you want some of me’ before ‘booze’ suspension
EASTENDERS star Jessie Wallace shocked TV crew members with a saucy jibe, saying: “I know you want some of me.”
The bizarre outburst came during filming for the soap’s 35th anniversary show before she was suspended.
The 48-year-old actress, who plays Kat Slater, was overheard making the comment to a male worker.
One source said: “She was being really giggly and playful and really in your face. between shoots. But some people weren’t impressed by her behaviour.
She was pictured filming alongside co-stars including Davood Ghadami, who plays love interest Kush Kazemi.
Last week it was revealed Jessie had been suspended from EastEnders for two months over an “incident” during filming said to be linked to boozing on set.
A source said: “She is valuable to Albert Square, so a temporary suspension was ordered. But she could still face the chop, such is the anger at her behaviour.
“Jessie turned up for night-filming on the boat in the Thames and was in high spirits. But she went too far, joking, ‘I know you want some of me’, during a break in filming.
“Some people might think it funny but no one appearing to be laughing. But when the cameras were rolling she was a real pro, as ever.”
