How could Storm Ciara affect Ireland vs Wales in Six Nations clash?
STORM CIARA is moving in from the Atlantic and is due to hit Ireland on Saturday morning.
Strong winds and heavy rain are expected throughout the day and into Sunday, with kick-off in Dublin set for 2.15pm.
There is not currently any suggestion that the game will be postponed, but it could make for a frantic encounter if the wind does get up.
But the main issues could be for travelling Welsh supporters – especially those who are heading home by ferry.
Gusts of around 50mph inland are expected, as well as gale force winds on the Irish Sea.
The Met Office has issued a yellow/severe weather warning for wind for the whole of the UK on Sunday, with Met Eireann also warning of strong wins and heavy rain.

A yellow warning for rain has been issued in Ireland from noon on Saturday until 3pm on Sunday, with flooding possible.
Met Eireann said: “Weather conditions will turn increasingly disturbed over Ireland this weekend as the jet-stream over the north Atlantic intensifies steering a series of low pressure systems towards Ireland.”
While ITV forecaster Laura Tobin added: “Storm Ciara will bring disruption across the UK later Saturday and all day Sunday.
“There will be gusts 50 to 60mph inland and 70 to 80mph for some coasts and hills. Warnings will likely to go amber for some.”
