Fast fashion CEO Umar Kamani, from Manchester, took to Instagram to announce he was donating his monthly salary to struggling small businesses today.

I will be donating my salary this month towards supporting small businesses who are struggling in this time of need.”
The post racked up 10,000 likes in just an hour, as people praised the businessman for his generosity.
PLT wouldn’t confirm the exact amount in advance, but told Fabulous it would be thousands.
The brand added: “As one of the UK’s most successful businessmen, Umar feels strongly that now, more than ever, company leaders should rally together and create a supportive community network to help smaller, independent businesses navigate the coming weeks and months.”

Umar previously lavished shoppers with gifts including a Fiat car, a trip to New York and cash sums as part of a #PrettyLittleWishes Twitter giveaway.
