The X-Factor and Britain’s Got Talent judge has lost a massive 20Ibs after ditching unhealthy eating and adopting a healthier vegan lifestyle.
Commenting on his weight loss, Simon’s co-star Amanda Holden told the Daily Mail: “It’s crazy because when you see someone all the time you don’t really notice when they are putting on weight.
“With Simon it was such a gradual thing, but I noticed immediately that he had lost weight. We finished auditions last year and then got back together two weeks later for deliberations and I said straightaway, ‘Right, what have been doing, because you look amazing!'”

Hosts Ant and Dec grinned alongside the BGT judges ahead of its return.
The ITV talent show bosses announced it would still be airing the audition rounds as they were all pre-recorded – but the coronavirus has meant that the lives are postponed.
Meanwhile Ant and Dec have said that Britain’s Got Talent will return to the live shows “later this year” after being cancelled.
The Sun exclusively revealed that Simon was “devastated” to hear charities, such as Shooting Star Children’s hospice, were struggling to continue their services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In his own column for the paper, Simon said that he would be taking on £500,000 of the deficit faced by Shooting Star, which he is Vice-President of, and he would also continue his pledges that were already in place.
He said: “I have also decided with my team at Syco to donate $1,000,000 (£800,000) towards the immediate needs of some of the most vulnerable people impacted by this virus, and this will be split between Feeding Britain and Feeding America, where I work and live.
“I don’t like celebrities telling people what to do, and I know this is a hugely difficult time for so many — worries about family, health, jobs, paying the mortgage and feeding their family are at the forefront of people’s minds.

After admitting he was “terrified” of getting the deadly virus, Simon made sure he and his brood wore protective masks as they got in some exercise in Malibu.
Simon, who lives in Los Angeles with his family, has been strict about protecting himself amid the pandemic.
He recently told The Sun: “I am terrified about it. I have worn masks for ages.
“When I cycle around town I wear a mask.”
