A WOMAN has revealed her super-easy recipe for making mint chocolate fudge in her slow cooker – and it looks absolutely delicious.
The foodie shared how she only needed five ingredients to make the tasty treat, and she ate it instead of buying Easter eggs in lockdown.
The best part of the fudge recipe is you just need to toss all the ingredients in the slow cooker and then wait for it to be ready.
The five ingredients you’ll need are 100g cadbury, 200g plain chocolate, 100g Aero Mint chocolate, tin condensed milk, a dash vanilla essence and 50g butter.
Simply add to the slow cooker for one hour with a towel under the lid, and stir every ten minutes.
You then need to pour into a lined tin and then pop in the fridge for ten minutes.
The woman explained: “Take out, add extra mint aero or whatever topping. Put back in fridge for three hours and bobs your uncle.”
The woman shared a photo of her finished result on the Crockpot/Slow Cooker Recipes & Tips Facebook page.
She added the caption: “Made mint choc fudge in sc instead of buying Easter Eggs this year. Scrumptious.”
Her bake has gone down well with food lovers, with one saying: “Looks yum.”
Another added: “Looks lovely.”
