We received thousands of joyful and uplifting pictures, many celebrating our brave NHS heroes, and our expert judges, illustrator Tony Ross and Turner Prize winning artist Keith Tyson, had a tough time picking their 30 favourites.
Those pictures are now on display in the entrance to the recently converted Excel conference centre, bringing some cheer to patients and staff alike.
Eamonn Sullivan, nursing director at NHS Nightingale London, said: “The artwork is so impressive and uplifting.
“I’d like to thank all the children who have contributed to the mural.
“It’s the first thing we see as we walk into the hospital and it raises a smile every time.
“It makes such a difference.”
One of our winners, Sophie Wainwright, nine, from Nottingham, who drew a brightly coloured ambulance said: “I am so happy my picture to be in the Nightingale hospital so people can look at it and be happy and believe we all can get through this together.”

Join our George Cross campaign for NHS staff
We are urging Sun readers to sign a petition calling for our NHS staff to be awarded the George Cross.
We are backing a proposal by Lord Ashcroft to honour our health heroes with the gallantry gong given for acts of bravery that did not take place in battle.
A No10 spokesman said: “The NHS is doing a fantastic job and the nation will want to find a way to say thank you when we have defeated this virus.” SAS hero Andy McNab added: “The award of a George Cross would show an emotional appreciation.”
We are asking our readers to please sign the petition below.

Another, Charlotte Brown, 11, from Crawley, West Sussex, whose intricate picture of a tree bearing an NHS logo impressed judges, said: “I recently had to go to hospital as I broke my wrist while we are locked down. I was so grateful for how they looked after me despite being really busy.
“I just wanted to give a picture to brighten up Nightingale Hospital for the staff and patients who are all having a tough time.”
As well as the honour of being displayed at the hospital, each winner will also receive a Little Brain Paint Sticks Mini Art Station, worth £20, kindly donated by Trends UK.
