JOE Wicks has revealed he schedules sex with his wife Rosie once a week to keep the romance in their relationship.
The pair, who started dating in 2016, now have two children together and married last year.
Discussing intimacy on Made by Mammas the podcast, The Body Coach admitted that his time was “disrupted” that he had no choice but to schedule in early nights with his model wife.
Joe, 33, said: “That time is so disrupted it’s almost like you’ve got to crowbar intimacy into your week. […] One night a week […] If you can go to bed earlier […]
“It allows you to have that time to talk.”
He added: “You’ve got to get warmed up sometimes, you can’t just jump straight into things.
“Sometimes, I’ll go to bed with Rosie and we’ll have a really nice chat, we might watch a show […] and you’re suddenly reconnecting.”
Joe has been leading the nation in daily PE workout and his stunning wife was thrown into the spotlight recently when she briefly took over his Body Coach workouts after an operation on his hand ruled him out.
Joe said he was bringing in the “hottest substitute teacher ever” to show us all how to do the moves.
Rosie, an English glamour model and former Page 3 girl, started dating Joe in 2016 and the couple married in June last year.

Joe explained: “I’ve had to call in a supply teacher for Monday’s PE With Joe.
“It’s my beautiful wife Rosie and she’s kindly agreed to come on the live stream with me to demonstrate the moves as I really need to rest my hand for a few days now I’ve had the wires removed.”
And Rosie, 29, who had a baby four months ago, and looked great in her workout gear as she admitted being “nervous” ahead of her first session at 9am.
Joe and Rosie are parents to Indie, who turns two in July and their second child baby Marley.
Handing out tips on keep the flame alive, Joe added: “I always say, it all comes back to kissing. The minute you stop kissing, you’re in trouble.”
And it looks like Joe already has a trip away planned for the pair once lockdown is over.
“The first thing I want to do is give my kids to my Mum and have two nights in Soho Farmhouse, just to get away from the kids and have some peace and quiet,” said Joe.
