TWILIGHT actor Gregory Tyree Boyce said he “didn’t think he’d make it to 30” in a birthday message months before being found dead with his girlfriend in his Las Vegas home.
The 30-year-old actor and Natalie Adepoju, 27, died together on 13 May, although their cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
But in a haunting Instagram post from December 5, Boyce celebrated his 30th birthday with a message admitting he “didn’t think he would make it” this far.
He said: “At one point I didn’t think I would make it to see 30 years old.
“Over the years like everyone else I have made mistakes along the way, but today is one of those days I only reflect on the great ones.
“What a time to be alive.
“Happy Dirty 30 self! Let’s make the rest of these years your best!!’
In his final post last week, he declared his love for his girlfriend on US Mother’s Day, saying: “Happy Mother’s Day again to my right hand/ my roll dog/ my Queen! Love you.”
It is thought he and Natalie had been dating for a year.
The Las Vegas Medical Examiners office confirmed the shocking death but the cause is still pending.
Gregory played Tyler Crowley in the Twilight franchise.
Tyler was one of the high school friends Bella first met when she moved to Forks, Washington, at the beginning of the series.
A source close to the actor told E!: “Greg’s cousin woke up and noticed that Greg’s car was still at the house.
“He was worried because Greg was to be in LA. His cousin went to check on him and found them.”
It is thought he moved to Las Vegas to be close to his family and in recent weeks had been “really focused and handling a lot of business”.
