The 31-year-old, who has run a dog-walking company called Tails of Love Pet Care, allegedly had an image that showed “an explicit and realistic” sex act with an animal.
The image was “grossly offensive, disgusting, or otherwise of an obscene character”.
Kish, of Hove, stars in Officially Amazing as Sizzlin’ Steve, who represents the UK as he tries to set silly Guinness World Records.
The more than 50 he holds include most toots in 30 seconds of a party horn, the classic toy that unfurls when you blow into it.
He earned the highest-ever score in the World’s Biggest Pac-Man – a web version of the arcade game.
The benchmark he set for the fastest time to sort 500g of Peanut M&Ms by colour has since been beaten.
