If you’re looking for a new cocktail recipe, here’s how to make a Passionfruit Southside, with Bathtub Gin:
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Bathtub Gin
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 10 ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 15 ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 4 Mint Leaves
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy your drink!
When is World Gin Day?
World Gin Day falls on the second Saturday of June, and this year it’s on June 13.
It’s a great opportunity to discover new gin flavours and learn to make gin cocktails yourself.

What is gin?
According to Craft Gin Club, Gin is a “neutral spirit distilled from something natural like wheat, barley, potatoes or grapes”.
The predominant flavour must be from juniper and the drink should have a minimum ABV of 37.5%.
