RHONY’s Luann de Lesseps selling $1M country home featuring panoramic views, fancy artwork and a dock down to the water
REAL Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps is selling her stunning country house, situated on the Hudson River in upstate New York, for a cool $1 million.
The three-bedroom home has a master bedroom complete with glass walls, offering an expansive view of the river below, while the second bedroom has a private entrance and small kitchenette.
A third bedroom downstairs offers more space for entertaining, while the grounds include a dock straight into the river, perfect for summer weekend trips for family or friends.
Large enough to host dinner parties while watching the ships passing to and from the city, the patio extends from the circular, modern open floor plan inside.
Light and airy, there are views of the river from downstairs, along with a modern and sleek kitchen.
The property, built-in 1966, is one of many owned by Luann, who also has a $2.5m Hamptons home where she has been quarantining during coronavirus pandemic.
The reality favorite filmed from her bathroom in Sag Harbor in March, and demonstrated how to properly wash her hands in order to further prevent the spread of the virus.
Situated on a third of an acre, it features huge windows, plenty of natural light and water views. It even has its own guest house and private dock.
It’s been a stressful few years for the RHONY star.
In 2017, Luann was arrested in Florida on charges of battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication.
She later checked herself into an alcohol treatment center – before a second stint in rehab in July 2018.
In January this year, she revealed she was drinking again “on occasion” after her period of sobriety.
She told People that she is “back in the drivers seat” following a “time of reflection” prompted by the new year.
Viewers then saw the 54-year-old reality star drinking for the first time since her probation ended and gushed that the glass of vodka “tastes so good.”
The RHONY Countess sat with co-stars Ramona Singer, 63, and Dorinda Medley, 55, at the anti-bullying charity comedy show she co-hosted back in September 2019.
After saying she “needs water,” Luann reached for the glass of liquor as her “drinking buddy” Dorinda asked if the drink was actually water.
Despite Ramona saying it was all vodka and trying to grab the cup before it hit her lips, Luann took a sip anyway.
After her first sip, she continued drinking out of the glass and beamed as she said in a confessional: “Oh, it tastes so good!”
