MICHELLE Keegan has revealed her superstar body transformation after flashing her enviable abs in her home gym.
While many Brits have been binging on homemade banana bread and alcohol in lockdown, 33-year-old Michelle has stayed focused on improving her physique.
Michelle Keegan showed off her incredible abs yesterday[/caption]In recent years the actress has worked hard to change her body from being slender to having toned muscles and a six-pack.
But ever since slimming down and toning up, Michelle has always been keen to keep her diet and exercise plans under wraps.
A source told The Sun: “Michelle has never been open about her body and what she does to achieve it as she thinks it’s negative, unhealthy and potentially harmful for fans.”
This week however, she finally revealed her secret – her husband Mark Wright has been putting her through her paces with his daily hardcore hiit classes.
The former Corrie star pictured in 2016 before she worked hard to achieve abs[/caption] Michelle, pictured back in 2010, has always had a slender figure, but wanted to tone up[/caption] Michelle, pictured in 2013, has been focusing on her training and nutrition in lockdown[/caption] Michelle on a romantic holiday with Mark last year[/caption]Sharing a stunning snap of her abs, Michelle told fans: “I’ve been doing the @trainwright workouts for weeks now, thank you @wrighty_ and @joshwright4444 for keeping me active and motivated during this time… Now for the 30 day plan! Let’s go!”
The fact that gyms have been closed in lockdown didn’t affect Michelle, who has never been a big fan of working out on machines.
Instead she’s stuck to Mark’s home workout and eating “wright”.

Before having breakfast Michelle makes sure she drinks a litre of water and then dines on scrambled eggs and avocado.
She’s also been drinking a protein shake a day, only eating white meat and avoiding fast food – except on weekends.

Mark and Michelle still love a naughty snack from time to time and don’t mind sharing pics of their takeaways with fans.
The Our Girl actress has had somewhat of a makeover over the past ten years, switching up her makeup routine and freshening up her wardrobe.
In that time she’s transformed from a fresh-faced star on Coronation Street to one of the sexiest women on the planet.
She also used different hair styles to keep changing her look, experimenting with blonde, opting for extensions and rocking a shorter, more natural cut.
