A man can be heard telling them: “Yeah. Squirt them in the face man”.
The kids are then seen moving closer to the officers as adults surrounding them cheer when the cops are soaked with the water pistol.
A man continues to encourage the children, saying: “Wet them up. Wet them up.”
The phrase is a reference to drawing enough blood in a shooting or stabbing that the victim’s clothes are soaked.
The footage – understood to have been filmed in London – has gone viral after being shared on social media.
‘VILE’
It has been slammed by horrified Twitter users in the aftermath of a string of riots in the capital.
@RachelW97 wrote under the post: “This is so sad.
“This innocent little girl will grow up with so much hatred in her heart, who knows what kind of person she’ll become.
“All because of these vile people that are raising her. She’s not being given a chance.”
@SymondsSally added: “Wow! Anyone who uses their kids in this manner needs to give their head a serious wobble.”
@VictoryPisces said: “Naughty. I would have gotten a smack from my mum for that and made to apologise to the police officer.”
SUMMER OF DISCONTENT
It comes after more than 140 police officers were hurt in just three weeks during violent clashes.
Met Commissioner Cressida Dick today warned thugs “we are prepared” as tensions continue to flare during the scorching summer.
Cops were targeted in two nights of violence in the capital this week as hundreds descended on illegal raves in London.
Thugs threw bottles at cops in “vicious” scenes in Brixton – injuring 22 officers – on Wednesday while riot cops were again pelted with missiles in Notting Hill last night.
And just last week, thirty-eight police officers were injured in the “indefensible hooliganism” in demonstrations against the Black Lives Matter movement.

Ms Dick blasted: “It is hot. Some people have drunk far too much. Some people are just angry and aggressive and some people are plain violent.
“We will be prepared this weekend. We have officers all over London working hard again to try to keep the peace and to protect our public from violence and disorder.”
And she said Brixton had seen “vicious attacks” on police that saw people “using bottles, glasses and anything they could pick up”.
