Mum’s agony as she wakes up on 30th birthday to find healthy baby daughter dead in bed in a pool of vomit
A MUM has been left devastated after she woke up on the morning of her 30th birthday to find her baby daughter dead lying face down in her bed.
Elle Wilkinson discovered her one-year-old Lola unresponsive at her home in Sydney, Australia — a lung lesion on her lung was found but the exact cause is unknown.

The infant, who was just 12 days away from her second birthday, was then found face down with vomit on the bed beside her, the friend said.
Chloe said Elle then picked her daughter up but saw the colour of her skin was different.
Son Ruben, eight, then ran for help but neighbours tried in vain to revive Lola.
Chloe said: “Elle isn’t very good, she can’t talk about it. She’s very, very traumatised.”
Just the day the before Chloe said Elle, Ruben and Lola had gone to the park the day before the toddler died.
“She was happy and healthy and running around the park,” she said.
She told Yahoo News that Lola appeared well and was not irritable and was eating well.
A lesion found on Lola’s lung has been sent off for testing, but the exact reason for her death.

Chloe set up a GoFundMe to help the family find a new home as they do not want to return to the home where Lola died.
On the page, Chloe writes: “Beautiful Lola lived a life full of happiness and love.
“We are still awaiting answers on Lola’s passing.
“Our hearts are beyond broken with no words to describe this terrible situation. Elle has lost her beautiful baby girl and Ruben is missing his only sibling Lola.”
So far the appeal has raised more $18,312 of its $20,000 target.
