Mums are raving as M&S’s Little Shop reopens with 25 more mini collectibles for kids including tiny Percy Pigs
MARKS and Spencer have reopened their Little Shop just in time for summer with 25 more mini collectables for kids.
The high street giant have ensured the new collection is more sustainable after being criticised the first time around for using too much plastic.
A statement from M&S reads: “Get ready for more mini fun with 25 new collectables, accessories and games.
“The craze that swept the nation last summer is back! Introducing Little Shop 2, featuring 25 miniature versions of our most popular foods, such as Our Best Ever burger and Percy Pig fruity chews, as well as an M&S Bank piggy bank and M&S Energy green windmill.
“Designed to collect and keep, all our minis are made from durable materials, such as broken washing machines and sustainable paper, which are kinder to the planet.
“Plus, there’s a super-rare golden Colin the Caterpillar to track down (be quick, there are only 1,000 to be discovered), cute accessories, such as our little trolley and basket, and lots of games and activities to keep your Little Shopkeeper busy.”
Parents were delighted with the news, and took to social media to share their excitement at the thought of collecting with their kids again.
“I collected the all last time and cant wait to collect all of the second series! Hopefully!” one person wrote, while another added: “Yes!!!! This has made my 2020!!!”
A third person tweeted: “What are you doing to me, M&S? I have only just calmed down from managing to get all the ones before! I adore these #mylittleshop.”
A fourth person said: “Well im gonna be collecting – I completed my first set – Was hoping there would be a Little Shop 2 (sic).”
But what everyone will be hoping to get their hands on is a golden Colin the Caterpillar – but there’s only 1000 of them up for grabs so shoppers will have to be quick.
