I’m in the supermarket when it opens. I buy rubbish food and binge-eat all day.
My binge-eating has got worse in lockdown – what is wrong with me?[/caption]

I’ve been so much worse in lockdown. I have food all over the place, eat snacks when I’m not hungry then feel sad and disappointed in myself – so I eat more.
At the end of the day I panic because there is still food in the fridge so I eat it all. I then head out to buy more ten minutes after my alarm goes off in the morning. I feel ashamed and fat and ugly and I hate myself.
I never eat in front of anyone and hide food if my mum comes over or the postman rings the bell.
I’m a grown woman of 32. What is wrong with me?
