Kanye, 43, posted a string of messages in which he referred to Kim, 39, as a “white supremacist” and said she had tried to have him sectioned.
He also claimed to have been attempting to separate from Kim — whom he wed in 2014 and has four children with — since discovering she had met with another rapper.

In the same message he also compared his mother-in-law Kris Jenner, 64, to North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un by referring to her as Kris Jong-un.
His tweets also claimed that Michael Jackson’s death in 2009 was a murder and that the late superstar had previously warned people about music mogul Tommy Mottola, who Michael had fallen out with.
He needs Kim's calmness
By Carol Cooper, Sun Doctor
BIPOLAR is more common than many imagine. Typically, someone goes through severe swings of manic highs and extreme lows.
But some people have few or no highs. In these cases, bipolar may be misdiagnosed as depression.
Living with someone with bipolar is especially challenging if they refuse help. However, there are good treatments available.
From what Kanye has said, he may also have psychotic symptoms such as paranoia and feelings of being controlled or persecuted.
This can make it harder to convince him about treatment as he may not be thinking logically.
The outlook for severe untreated bipolar is poor in terms of leading a normal life. And bipolar also carries a higher risk of suicide — which is in itself an excellent reason to seek help.
My advice to Kim would be to stay as calm as possible, show understanding, look out for changes and keep a diary to spot what triggers any changes in symptoms.
Most of all, he needs encouragement to seek treatment.
Kanye has to believe that it will help him personally and it will bring more positives than negatives.
Kanye added: “MJ told you about Tommy before they killed him.”
But Kim posted a lengthy statement defending her husband and begging for “compassion” amid his troubles, which came to a head on Sunday at a rally he held for his US presidential bid.
He broke down in tears at the event in Charleston, South Carolina, after saying Kim had almost aborted their eldest daughter North, seven.
Kim wrote: “I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions.
“He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother, has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bipolar disorder.
Kim is not believed to have spoken to her husband in recent days[/caption]“Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words sometimes do not align with his intentions.”
But in another message, now deleted, Kanye wrote: “Kris and Kim put out a statement without my approval . . . that’s not what a wife should do. White supremacy.”
Continuing to criticise Kim’s mum and manager Kris, he said he would welcome her coming to see him at his ranch in Cody, Wyoming, only if she stops organising racy photoshoots for his wife.
Kim is not believed to have spoken to her husband in recent days as he is thought to be refusing to answer her phone calls.
Comedian Dave Chappelle flew to Kanye’s £11million ranch this week in a bid to calm him down,[/caption] A source claimed Kim’s mum Kris has ‘made it her mission’ to help Kanye[/caption]A source close to the couple said: “Kanye won’t talk to Kim and she’s been crying for days over what’s happening.
“She’s worried he’s a danger to himself and now her mum Kris has made it her mission to help him.
“They are flying out his pastor Adam Tyson to the Wyoming ranch which Kanye is holed up at in the hope he can help calm him down.”
On Tuesday Kanye claimed the Kardashians had tried to “lock him up” by flying doctors to Wyoming.

Kanye — who was still promising that his tenth studio album, Donda: With Child will be released tomorrow — was first diagnosed with bipolar in 2017 after being taken to hospital for a “psychiatric emergency” in November 2016, but he has refused treatment.
Kim previously said: “For him, being on medication is not really an option, because it just changes who he is.
“Travelling a lot does set it off, so he doesn’t travel as much as he used to. We can definitely feel episodes coming, and we know how to handle them.”
Kim K’s Statement
As many of you know, Kanye has bi-polar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.
I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health. But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health.
Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behaviour know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor.
People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try.
I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions.
He is a brilliant but complicated person who, on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, experienced the painful loss of his mother, and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder.
Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words sometimes do not align with his intentions.
Living with bipolar disorder does not diminish or invalidate his dreams and his creative ideas, no matter how big or unobtainable they may feel to some. That is part of his genius and as we have all witnessed, many of his big dreams have come true.
We as a society talk about giving grace to the issue of mental health as a whole, however we should also give it to the individuals who are living with it in times when they need it the most. I kindly ask that the media and public give us the compassion and empathy that is needed so that we can get through this.
Thank you for those who have expressed concern for Kanye’s wellbeing and for your understanding.
With Love and Gratitude,
Kim Kardashian West
