A source said: “Mark wants to trademark the name for gyms, plus online tuition, books and DVDs, as well a for clothes and sports equipment.”

Solicitor Jonty Warner said there’s several advantages for high-profile stars in registering trademarks.
“It bolsters their ability to take action against third parties who may be using the relevant names in the course of trade without consent,” he began.
“The mere presence of these kinds of trade marks on the register can also act as a deterrent, where a third party is considering using the name without their consent.”
Mark is estimated to be worth about £9.1 million, while Michelle is thought to be worth about £2.7 million.[/caption]Most read in Celebrity
He added: “Secondly, it improves their ability to enter into agreements to commercialise their personal brand.
“They may wish to license out the trademarks to partners and earn royalties that way.”
