His devastated brother Nigel said: “Heartbroken is an understatement. RIP little brother. Until we meet again.”

The accident happened in experienced jet-skier Barry’s home town of Pwllheli, Gwynedd, on Saturday afternoon.
North Wales Chief Constable Carl Foulkes offered his “heartfelt sympathies”.
