“It’s great for the show to have a hunk already secured to take part and given his time singing they’re hoping he has good dancing feet.”
Max’s former bandmate Jay McGuiness, 30, won the BBC dancing contest in 2015 with professional partner Aliona Vilani.
Although a studio audience is still in doubt for this year, Max will have support at home from girlfriend Stacey Giggs — the 41-year-old ex-wife of former Man United footballer Ryan Giggs — and her children.
Men Behaving Badly actress Caroline Quentin, 60, has also been confirmed for Strictly’s 2020 run[/caption]Earlier this year, his former fiancée, Michelle Keegan, 33, ruled out appearing on the show, despite being its “number one fan”.
The Wanted had eight top five hits, including No1s with All Time Low in 2010 and Glad You Came in 2011.
