The vessel has been ordered not to leave Port Hercules in Monaco. It has been flying a yellow flag to signify quarantine.
Sir Philip’s wife, Lady Tina Green, co-owner of the luxury yacht, tonight revealed she was on board.
It is not known whether Sir Philip — who furloughed 14,500 staff in April — and their daughter Chloe, 29, are quarantining alongside her.
Lady Tina, 71, said: “After maintenance in Italy, the boat returned to Monaco. We were meant to go on a cruise with my family.
“It was my responsibility to have the whole crew tested before leaving. We then discovered two cases — one asymptomatic and the other with a sore throat.
“The two have been confined to the cabin ever since. The rest and myself are on the boat. Everyone is well.”

Topshop tycoon Sir Philip was last seen relaxing on the Lionheart — which has a helipad and pool — on the French Riviera three weeks ago. There’s space on board for 30 crew in 15 cabins, with room for 12 guests in six cabins.
Celebrities including Hollywood superstar Samuel L Jackson were on boats nearby and “monitoring the situation closely”, Sun insiders said.
After a controversial couple of years, Sir Philip, 68, has run his business empire from either the yacht or his £20million Roccabella penthouse in Monaco.
