In the taxpayer-funded online game, players take on the role of a nurse fighting the deadly virus.
She wakes up hungry from an 18-hour shift and needs to go to a grocery store.
But her way is blocked by infected non-maskers, party-goers, joggers, conspiracy theorists and small kids.
She must keep 1.5m distance from the contagious groups and collect soap bars so she can wash her hands.
Masks give the character a power up like a Super Mario mushroom.

German website Rubikon slammed the video game as “virtual murder of children, party people and other alleged virus spreaders”.
It said: “Unfortunately this is not a joke. That gives a whopping 150 points per child.”
