Nicole wore a pair of blue and white high waisted leggings and a matching sports bra for the session.
The duo are no strangers to a couple workout, regularly sharing videos of themselves exercising together.
In August, Nicole and Thom stripped off for a sweaty gym session with the brunette showing off her toned body on her Instagram story.
In the video, the Pussycat Doll is at the forefront, doing a plank on the floor of their home gym.
Nicole is dressed in black leggings and has her enviable figure on display in a sports bra.
The beauty is glistening with sweat as she jiggles her bottom while lifting her feet from the ground and moving her legs from side to side.
In the background, 35-year-old Thom can be seen practicing his punches.
Nicole also showed off her impressive abs during a loved up trip to St Lucia.
