A KIND-hearted McDonald’s worker was praised after she paid for a customer’s meal.
Joshua, from Coventry, was left speechless when the staff member refused to take his payment and paid for his food at the Drive-thru.
In a sweet video clip he shared online, he can be heard asking the worker: “So you’re gonna pay for my meal?”
The staff member replied: “Yeah because you called your mum and asked if she wants anything from McDonald’s,” before she admitting it was her kind act of the day.
She was then seen putting her bank card into the card holder, using it to cover her face when she realised he was filming.
The 25-year-old customer said: “I need to pay that forward tomorrow, thank you very much. What’s your name?”
“Enya” she replied.
Joshua said that he didn’t expect to get a free meal, adding: “Proper cheered me up after having a depressing day with the fact I’m at high risk of redundancy.”
He explained in the description: “So I went to McDonald’s Coventry Tile Hill and whilst I was about to make my order, I rang my mum and asked her if she wanted anything.
Proper cheered me up after having a depressing day with the fact I’m at high risk of redundancy.

“I then placed my order and then got around the window to pay and this girl said she is going to pay for my order as her kind act of the day because I rang my mum and it was thoughtful.”
Joshua is now hoping to find Enya to send her a message and tell her she “just made my week”.
This comes as McDonald’s fans share their best hacks to unusual food combinations.
One is to order chips without salt, and then ask for a sachet of salt.
This means staff will be forced to cook a fresh batch, so customers get piping hot chips.
Another trick is rather than forking out £3.29 for a Big Mac instead opt for the cheaper £1.59 Double Cheeseburger.
Remove the ketchup and onions from your order, add a little lettuce and some Big Mac sauce (usually a 20p charge is given for sauce) and enjoy the iconic burger for almost half the price.
One mum shared her tip when it comes to buying food for the kids.

Rather than buying each child separate Happy Meals she recommends picking up a box of 20 nuggets and a large fries for them to share.
The grand total will reach £6.38 but 20 nuggets in Happy Meal form would cost you over double that at £13.95.
