ONLINE dating is filled with catfishes and unsolicited nudes, so after receiving a rude snap one too many times a woman came up with the best comeback.
Her reply was so effective the bloke who sent her the naughty image promptly deleted his account, and other people are copying her idea.
A woman shared the creepy messages she received from a bloke online[/caption]The woman shared the text exchange on Twitter, where she revealed a guy had messaged her, opening with the fairly innocent ‘hi’.
But then he immediately followed it up with “my c*** can we talk”.
The bloke had the cheek to add a smiling emoji, alongside a half-naked photo of himself.
Rather than engage the man in conversation, the woman responded pretending to be a robot.
The woman came up with the best response by pretending to send him an automated message back[/caption]She said: “AUTOREPLY: We have detected the transmission of unsolicited pornographic images of a potentially illegal nature [code:36489-a] and your device’s IP address has been forwarded to the police department pending an investigation.
“If you think this is a mistake, reply STOP.”
The bloke, clearly panicked, sends two ‘stops’ in reply
And she later clicked on his account, only to find it had vanished as he deleted all traces of himself.
The man was clearly panicked and later deleted his account [/caption]Clearly pleased with herself, the woman shared the message saying: “Absolutely thrilled with this he’s s***e himself.”
And after he removed his account she followed it up with: “Also lmaooo your man has truly wet the bed.”
Her post has racked up more than 719,000 likes, as women praised her clever response – claiming they were going to use it themselves.
One person commented: “I wish I’d thought of that! Absolutely inspired. Why do they think it will work?”
People praised the woman’s response and claimed they were going to use it themselves [/caption]Another wrote: “Love seeing these tactics by women to fight back against these assaults.”
A third said: “That’s it, I’m copying that text, might be useful.”
Someone else thought: “I should’ve done this.”
While another added: “Wow this was perfect.”
