The Romanian film,which is based on the book Suck it, Ramona! written by comedian Andrei Ciobanu, was directed by Cristina Jacob.
It was released on Valentines Day in 2019 and on Netflix on three months later and follows the story of Andrei, a young boy who tries to come to terms with his crush on a girl called Ramona.
Although he dubs her the “hottest girl in school,” his eyes are turned when he meets a girl called Anemona on holiday and ends up being extremely stuck on who he thinks he should be with.
