TESS Daly has joked she’s ‘feeding up’ husband Vernon Kay after his 30lb I’m A Celeb weight loss with late night snacks.

The couple finally reunited this weekend after Vernon finished in third place on the ITV show on Friday night.

Vernon, 46, thinks he has lost 30lb while on I’m A Celeb thanks to a diet of mainly rice and beans.

But now he’s back home with Tess, 51, she is determined to keep him well fed.

Taking to her Instagram Stories late on Sunday evening, Tess shared a picture of a bowl of chicken soup and two slices of buttered toast.

She captioned it: “Chicken soup at bedtime…feeding him up.”

Ahead of Vernon’s return home, Tess had also shared her shopping with her followers, showing how her bags were full of filling treats for her husband when he got home.

As well as bacon, pasta and cheese, she also had Turkish Delight bars and Yorkshire Tea.

Meanwhile the couple’s daughters Phoebe, 16, and Amber, 11, made him star-shaped cookies to welcome him home.

Vernon will have no doubt lapped all the treats up after revealing his shocking weight loss following three weeks on the show.
