Inside Liam Payne’s stunning LA home as he puts it on the market for $10.75 million
LIAM Payne is upping sticks from his stunning home in the Santa Monica mountains and has listed his five bedroom property for a $10.75million price-tag.
The One Direction singer bought the gorgeous LA pad, which features its own outdoor swimming pool and library, back in 2015.
The sprawling property is listed with agents Hilton & Hyland and sits atop the Malibu mountains.
Stunning images from the brokerage show plentiful greenery and a tree-lined entrance to the idyllic property which Liam 27, called home before becoming a father to Bear, now three.
Surrounded by a forest, the nature feel continues within the grounds of the home, with the outdoor mosaic-tiled pool surrounded by trees and cool, neutral paving stones.
Near to the pool there’s a brick built tea house come meditation room, a koi pond and even a mini vineyard – Payne Pino anyone?
A combination of indoor/outdoor living courtesy of a huge sliding patio door leads inside the Spanish-style main house, with almost 10,000 sqft of living space.
This includes a living room with a vaulted ceiling, a dining area, games room, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The enviable library, a heaven for bookworms, spreads across two floors while its highest tier has a balcony-style view down below.
Interior touches include stylish iron stair rails, walnut flooring, custom-made chandeliers and no less than five fireplaces crafted from limestone.

Created in 1991, the stunning home was built for the late aerial film operator Alan Purwin, who worked on movies including Pearl Harbour and Armegeddon.
X Factor success story Liam forked out $10million for the home five years ago – so is hoping to make a small profit or perhaps just make even.
He attempted to sell his home in 2018 – one year after the birth of his son with ex Cheryl – for the whopping asking price of $14million, yet it was not to be.
For those hoping to swoop up a slice of Liam’s property portfolio a little closer to home, his six bedroom Surrey mansion complete with yoga room and tennis court is available to rent for £8,000 a week.
