LIAM Payne is upping sticks from his stunning home in the Santa Monica mountains and has listed his five bedroom property for a $10.75million price-tag.

The One Direction singer bought the gorgeous LA pad, which features its own outdoor swimming pool and library, back in 2015.

X Factor success story Liam forked out $10million for the home five years ago – so is hoping to make a small profit or perhaps just make even.

He attempted to sell his home in 2018 – one year after the birth of his son with ex Cheryl – for the whopping asking price of $14million, yet it was not to be.
