THE entire contents of this luxury country home is up for sale – and EVERYTHING must go.
The £1 million mansion is packed with timeless antiques, and prices start from as low as a FIVER.
Everything inside The Old Hall, in Burnaston, Derbyshire is due to go on sale tomorrow.
The sellers said the auction will be an “old-fashioned, everything-must-go sale with no reserves.”
Furniture buffs can snap anything they like from the treasure trove of delights, which has been “amassed and cared for over time” – including a George III elm dresser from the 1780s.
A George III 18th century oak and mahogany clock by Wainwright of Nottingham is also up for grabs.
You can also snap up the home’s kitchen table, multiple paintings and a ride-on lawnmower.
Others items for sale include a Chinese elm shoe shiner’s stool,complete with money slot, and a Victorian mahogany library bookcase.
There is also a collection of pottery on sale including items from iconic makers Oriental, Royal Crown Derby, Denby and Churchill.
The owner of Hansons Auctioneers, Charles Hanson, said: “This is a good, old-fashioned country house sale with no reserve prices set.
“It offers an opportunity to buy a piece of old England, something the Americans and Canadians in particular love to do.”
Mr Hanson added: “It has hall got to go”.
