Missing Brit hiker Esther Dingley ‘was last seen by woman who gave her food’
COPS investigating Brit hiker Esther Dingley’s disappearance are probing a new sighting where she was given food.
Travel blogger Esther, 37, vanished on November 22 after climbing 2,700m in the Pyrenees.
It emerged yesterday Mirabelle Brisset gave her some food hours before she was last seen.
In a Facebook message she said was worried about her as she was in “short shorts going to the mountains two-and-a-half hours before sunset”.
She was touching her stomach, “asking if I didn’t have leftovers of picnic. I hope you enjoyed the almond paste and quinoa patty”.

Esther, from Durham, was travelling with partner Dan Colegate but had gone on a solo trip.
The search is currently off amid bad weather.
A French police source said the new sighting is being investigated.
