Teen Mom Jenelle Evans tells fans ‘life is tough sometimes’ and she lays in bed as feud with mom Barbara continues
JENELLE Evans has reminded fans that “life is tough” but that you can “get through” it, as she remains in a feud with her mom.
Teen Mom star Jenelle shared a video on TikTok that saw her taking part in the duets trend by settling down in bed as she listened to a self-help tape.
“You are beautiful, you have the strength and the resilience to pursue this next thing in your life,” the video – by Hindzsight – began.
“Stop being so hard on yourself, and let’s rest and curate and nurture this energy.”
“For anyone else that needs to hear this… life can be tough but you’ll get through the rough patches,” added the mom of three.
Jenelle, 29, is an active TikTok user, and regularly shares insight on her life before and after the MTV show.
She had previously uploaded a “duet” to the video-sharing app, where she answered “true or false” to another user’s “10 Facts About #TeenMom .”
As the original creator went through many unknown facts about the 16 & Pregnant spinoff, Jenelle chimed in, admitting most of the outrageous comments were true.
But her recent video comes after she remains in a feud with her mom Barbara who still has custody of Jenelle’s 11-year-old son Jace.
Jenelle slammed her “toxic” mother, Barbara, in January for “lying” about giving her custody of her son, Jace.
The Teen Mom 2 alum, 28, claimed Barbara led her on as a teen by saying she could become Jace’s legal guardian when she got older.
Jenelle had Jace – now 11 – when she was just 17 and Barbara took over custody while Jenelle battled heroin addiction and several arrests.
In a TikTok clip, the MTV star jumped on the “Biggest lie your parents ever told you,” trend.
“Oh, I’ll give you custody back when you get older,” she told the camera, while mimicking Barb’s voice.

“Bulls**t,” she added, as her husband, David Eason, added from behind her: “Yeah, right!”
Jenelle shares Jace with her ex, Andrew Lewis, who has been absent since the preteen’s birth.
She also has a son, Kaiser, six, with her ex Nathan Griffith and a daughter Ensley, three, with her husband David Eason.
