A BODYBUILDING icon known as “Mr Incredible” has died aged 54.
Andy Haman, who also starred in movies, died of unknown causes on Saturday.
Bodybuilding icon Andy Haman, known as ‘Mr Incredible’, has died aged 54[/caption]His death was first reported by his son Samuel on Sunday in an Instagram post.
“RIP: Anthony Joesph Haman/Dad/Mr.Incredible. We love you so much and you will be in our thoughts forever! No one was as strong, kind, silly, goofball wonderful person as you,” Samuel wrote.
“Don’t worry about mom and the girls I’ll take care of them, just the way you did and taught me. #crazyfunalways.”
The bodybuilding community has been left stunned by Haman’s sudden death.
Haman is pictured with his wife. His death was announced on Sunday[/caption]Haman was a wrestler in high school before becoming a bodybuilder.
He stepped away from the sport to focus on a teaching career after winning the Midwest Natural Championships in 1987, but returned again in 2006.
That year, he won the Colorado State Championship in the super-heavyweight class.
