Sister Wives star Meri Brown’s former Las Vegas home renovated & listed for $800K after husband Kody sold for just $575K
SISTER Wives star Meri Brown’s former Las Vegas home has been renovated and listed for $799,000 after her husband Kody sold it for just $574,900.
Kody, 53, and Meri, 50, had trouble selling the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home back in 2019, as they settled for $574,900, which was under asking price, because the family had already moved to Flagstaff, Arizona.

According to Realtor, the home has porcelain white and gray tile throughout the first floor.
The kitchen boasts gray cabinets, white and gray quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and an island with bar seating.
The wet bar, which was one of Meri’s favorite parts of the home, has been renovated to have a black quartz countertop and gray cabinets with a figerator under the counter.

The buyer gave it a more modern feel with “custom laid floors” and black molding.
According to the real estate site, the bathroom has marble countertops, dual sinks, a vanity area, free-standing tub and an oversized shower.
The home also boasts a large backyard, three-car garage and more.

Meri bought the home in 2013 for $447,017 and picked out the design and floor plan.
Meri’s home is located in a cul-de-sac, where her sister wives Janelle, Christine and Robyn also had homes.
Meri and Kody listed the home for sale in January 2019 for $599,900.

The abode wasn’t sold until June 2019.
During a tour of the home, Meri said of her wet bar: “This here is the infamous wet bar! It’s all about the counter space, it’s not about the bar. We actually use this a lot for entertainment, it just expands my kitchen out a lot to have the extra space.
She added of her kitchen: “I absolutely love the countertop that I picked out. I know Christine thinks hers is the best kitchen. But really it’s not because mine is!
Meri once said she ‘loved’ her kitchen[/caption]“I actually have an extra large bedroom. When we were doing the walk-through, Christine suggested that we actually knock this wall out and extend the bedroom and I love it.”
The family moved to Arizona in 2018.
Kody spent $820,000 on land they purchased in 2018 called Coyote Pass, which the family has yet to build on.
On the most recent season of Sister Wives, Kody and his wives Meri, Janelle, 52, Christine, 49, and Robyn, 42, struggled living in four separate homes miles apart.

She is currently staying at her Utah bed and breakfast Lizzie’s Heritage Inn to run it after the death of her mother Bonnie Barber, who ran the inn.
The ranch home Janelle has been renting is on the market for $699,000 with a pending offer.
Kody purchased a home with Christine for $520,000.
Kody then transferred the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home to his wife, to whom he is “spiritually” but not legally married.
In the Warranty Deed obtained by The Sun, “married” Kody is listed as the grantor, while “single” Christine is the grantee, meaning she is purchasing the home from him in the amount of “10 dollars.”
The Warranty Deed was dated August 28 and was filed with the Arizona court on November 6.
