I’m terrified after my partner tried to kill me but I don’t know where to turn

I no longer want to be with him but don’t know how to get out of this situation.
I have nowhere else to go, no money and a lot of debt.
He is 33, I am 31 and we have been together for six years.
He has been violent in the past but had stopped due to police involvement.
Then last week he started abusing me again.
I don’t have any friends and I can’t go to my family.
I am so unhappy. My mind is muddled and I can’t think straight.
I can’t talk to anyone. It is really weighing me down.
DEIDRE SAYS: No one should face fear and abuse like this.
There is support to help you out of such an abusive relationship.
You will feel stronger and be able to think more clearly once you get away.
