Mark Wright reveals ‘big decision’ he and wife Michelle had to make on their £1.3m home that left their plans in tatters
MARK Wright revealed he and wife Michelle Keegan had to make a “big decision” on his £1.3million home that left their plans in tatters.
The former Towie star, 34, told fans on his home Instagram account that he needed to shave space off his attic bathroom and bedroom in order to fix a perspective issue.

Mark pointed out that a gable in the middle of the loft was off-centre due to the placing of the walls.
So in order to create a centre perspective throughout their dream house in Essex, the star and actress Michelle, 34, were forced to sacrifice some other space.
He told his followers: “So we had a big, big decision to make last week.
“Basically, this gable didn’t look central because there was a wall coming up here, so it cut off there. And that wall is over there.
It’s been a lot of hassle
“So what we’ve had to do is knock that wall down, move that steel from there, to there so this bathroom annoyingly becomes smaller but I get that centre effect.
“It’s been a lot of hassle but it had to happen. That means we can now have a chandelier hanging from there. Chandelier companies hit us up.

“So that can hang all the way down, we can get that straight effect there and once all this is moved – because that’s all there for this to be plastered – you can actually see all the way to the bottom.
“All the way down there. All the way up and in the middle. But it was a pickle losing a bit of space in this bedroom and a bit of space in this bathroom. But it had to happen. This now becomes a landing.”
Mark and Michelle – who married in 2015 – spent £1.3million on the mock-Tudor house which was previously on the site.
Since demolishing the old property, they set about creating a very different dream home on the plot.
