She wrote: “9 months of growing you , a lifetime to love you. Welcome to the world Sevn Santino Pinnock – Roberts.”
The Little Mix singer, 29, – who is also due to give birth soon – was quick to comment with a series of love heart emojis.
Her bandmate Jade Thirlwall also shared emojis, while pregnant Perrie Edwards wrote: “Sevn! Welcome to the world!”
Sairah is already mum to son Kallum, nine.
She announced her news just weeks before Leigh-Anne revealed she was also having a baby with her fiance Andre Gray.
Delighted Sairah said at the time: “My baby sister is going to be a mummy [crying emoji] can’t wait to share this amazing experience with you sis!”
She added that their other sister – Sian Louise – was going to be “one busy Aunty”.
Leigh-Anne revealed her pregnancy in May, just days before her bandmate Perrie Edwards said she was also expecting.
The star broke the news with a stunning snap of herself and her growing baby bump.
Dad-to-be Andre, who plays football for Watford, featured in one of the pictures from their pregnancy shoot, too.
Leigh-Anne recently admitted that being pregnant is the “hardest thing she’s ever done” as she reflected on her journey alongside a glowing bikini snap.
Speaking about her experiences with pregnancy so far, she said: “Time to give my body some credit. This is the hardest thing I have EVER done, I have struggled these past few weeks.
“Swollen hands and feet, bruised ribs and then chuck in a whole heap of hormones to the mix but then I think about what’s actually going on inside this belly and I’m mind blown, creating life.
“I am so proud of how far I’ve come and so grateful for this blessing.”
