THE NTAs are back to celebrate Britain’s favourite TV stars for the 26th time on September 9, 2021.
The show, which will be broadcast live on ITV from 7.30pm, will see legendary duo Ant and Dec battling it out for their twentieth Best TV Presenter gong – but this year, their competitors aren’t going down without a fight!
How many NTAs have Ant and Dec won?
Ant and Dec have made history by winning the Best TV Presenter award a whopping nineteen times and the pair have found themselves nominated yet again.
On September 9th, the two will find out if they’ve reigned supreme yet again – or if their crown has been snatched by one of the other nominees.
At the event, which is broadcast live from 7.30pm on ITV, the two will be up against Allison Hammond, Holly Willoughby, Bradley Walsh and Piers Morgan.
Morgan has revealed he’s hoping to snatch an unlikely win this evening and said everyone is “sick and tired” of Ant and Dec constantly winning NTAs.
However, Ant and Dec are clearly a big favourite among voters – and not just in the presenting categories, as they’ve also walked away with the Most Popular Entertainment Programme gong 11 times.
All in all, they’ve secured an astonishing 36 National Television Awards in total so far, so controversial star Piers Morgan looks to have set himself a bit of a challenge.

Before becoming TV superstars, Ant and Dec enjoyed a short pop career.
Due to the popularity of their 90s Byker characters, they called themselves PJ & Duncan.
The boys were popstars from 1994 to 1997 – when their record label decided not to renew their contract.
During their music career they were nominated for TWO Brit Awards.
