Cruz Beckham hires the man who made his mum Victoria a star to help launch his music career
CRUZ BECKHAM has big shoes to fill when it comes to music, given that mum VICTORIA was one fifth of the biggest girl group ever, the SPICE GIRLS.
But it looks like the fledgling singer is looking to repeat history, by working with Biff Stannard, the songwriter who helped launch Posh Spice and her bandmates to stardom.
Cruz Beckham, pictured with girlfriend Bliss Chapman, will soon kick-start his career as a singer by releasing his own music[/caption] Biff wrote a string of the Nineties group’s biggest hits, including Wannabe, 2 Become 1 and Spice Up Your Life[/caption]This week the teenager has been working on tracks in a London studio with Biff, who wrote a string of the Nineties group’s biggest hits, including Wannabe, 2 Become 1, Spice Up Your Life, Mama, Goodbye and Viva Forever.
The hope is that Cruz, will soon kick-start his career as a singer by releasing his own music.
A source said: “Cruz is taking his music career extremely seriously – this is what he sees himself doing for the rest of his life.
“He has been working with some great people on his tracks but things have gone up a gear recently.
“Biff is a hugely respected songwriter in the industry and part of that is because of the amazing work he did with the Spice Girls.
“It’s a really lovely full-circle moment for Cruz to be working with him.

“Cruz is a perfectionist though and is determined not to release anything until he is really happy with it and is clear what sound he wants to go for.”
Given the amount of flak Victoria has taken for her vocal, erm, talents over the years, I’m glad her lad is taking his time to get things right.
