The infamous politician is pictured swigging booze behind a podium inside a hall adorned with Nazi flags.
Elsewhere Tommy’s brother Arthur is seen slumped on a sofa with his own name carved into his chest in an act of brutal mutilation.
Jewish gang leader Alfie Solomons [Tom Hardy] appears pensive while newcomer Stephen Graham is met by Tommy’s fist in another violent scene.
There’s plenty of gunfire as someone wearing a gas mask makes their way through smog holding a machine gun, and Tommy waves around his pistol.
Signing off, the flat cap wearing anti-hero ominously says: “One last deal to be done then us Peaky Blinders rest.”

Previous trailers have already hinted at another death in the Shelby clan.
Tommy’s sister and political adviser Ada Thorne issues him a brutal warning.
“Take a good look, Tom,” she says. “Cos one of us isn’t gonna be here for long.”
And the official BBC account added a warning of its own when it wrote: “Always listen to Ada.”
While Tommy issued a stark threat to his sometime friend, sometime foe Alfie.
In an exchange between the pair in a dimly-lit room, he says: “I think I may have written your final act.”
