A cleaning expert revealed the three simple steps she takes to get the job done right the first time.

Taking to social media, the cleaning expert disclosed the three effortless steps she takes to give her blinds a deep clean.
“First I start off by dusting,” she began in her video.
“Then using a microfiber cloth I spray it down with an all-purpose cleaner.
“And slide by slide, I clean both the top and bottom,” she continued.
She finished off by taking a clean damp microfiber cloth and gently wiping everything off.
“Look at that! Now it’s clean,” she concluded.

Since the woman was demonstrating the hack on wooden blinds, some were curious if her clever hack worked on other types of blinds.

Others requested her to upload more cleaning hacks that could be used in other parts of the house.
“Please do a video on cleaning the inside of a fridge! I have dogs and I wipe it down every week, but can’t find a good way to get all the hair out,” pleaded a third.
And while you may have gotten the cleaning hack down, you’ve probably still been closing the blinds all wrong.
A professional carpenter shared the right way to close the blinds to avoid anyone peeping in, especially for those who live on the first floor.
“Never put your blinds facing down,” he said.
“At night, with the lights on, you can see in clear as day.
“If someone tries to look through the blinds, all they’ll be able to see is the ceiling of the room,” he explained.
For those on the second floor, the expert recommended closing them down so people who look at you from below can’t see you.
