My Tinder match took me to meet his family within an hour of meeting – I had no idea what was going on, but I got paid

In a video that’s been viewed over 3 million times, the woman recounted her first-date experience with a Tinder match.
She explained that, at the time this all happened, the app was still considered brand new and she was “swiping [her] heart out.”
She matched with a guy who immediately messaged her: “Hey, how spontaneous are you?”
The woman claimed that, despite not being super spontaneous, she would play along.
Just a few hours after matching, she was dressed “nice” and in her Tinder match’s car heading to a cliffside restaurant in Malibu.
This is where the date gets interesting.

The woman and her match headed to a private back room where 10 people were already sitting.
All 10 people acknowledged her date and she thought: “what the f***?”
In a subsequent video, the woman said her date went to greet an “older woman” and said: “Happy Birthday Mom.”
She claimed to put “on a show” for her Tinder match’s family, pretending she was a law student who grew up on the East Coast.
“They were eating out the palm of my hand, they were so pretentious and weird, and they just loved the act I was putting on.”
By the end of the night, her Tinder match was so impressed that he asked her to go on more family dates with her and even offered to pay her.
The woman went on three more dates with the man and got a “little side cash,” but ultimately things didn’t work out between the two.
“He ended up being really boring and it was super awkward but a great experience.
“Basically, I can teach an improv class now.”
Meanwhile, another woman revealed she dumped her Tinder match right after their first date when she saw his car.
Additionally, one woman refused her Hinge match a second date, so he requested back the $4 he spent on her coffee.
