GREAT British Menu fans all had the same complaint about celebrity judge Richard Corrigan on Tuesday’s instalment.
Four chefs competed for Scotland with canapes, starters and fish dishes inspired by 100 years of British broadcasting.

The Irish chef was not impressed by a number of dishes and served out some very low scores when it came to judging the dishes.
One wrote: “I don’t like the judge tonight, too arrogant and negative comments. #greatbritishmenu”

“No pleasing this miserable t***,” another fumed.
A fourth tweeted: “Richard is far too critical and harsh!! #greatbritishmenu”
Meanwhile some fans threatened to “switch off” saying they were unimpressed by the famous chef’s critique.
Someone else said: “Just settled myself down to watch #greatbritishmenu and see Richard Corrigan is the guest chef judge. Immediately switch over. I cannot explain my irrational dislike of him.
“Every year he judges and just comes across as the most arrogant a**.”
It was clear that Richard was seeking perfection, with two Michelin stars who has cooked for the Queen and former US president Barack Obama.
Contestant Stuart tried to impress with his sea trout tartar, Calum opted for a cheddar scone with fresh crab, Fraser picked a venison tartar with smoked egg and apple and Adam made brains of the lobster with cauliflower stalks.
After trying all four canapes, Richard said he has “high expectations” and then ranked them – with Fraser scoring the least admitting it lacked seasoning.
Moving onto the potato starters, Richard quizzed the contestants on their skills and asked them to judge their own dish.
He told Calum that he “definitely hit the brief but that’s where it stopped” when it came to critiquing his ‘Lump of Coal For His Fire’ dish and said the flavour had let him down.
He also told the other contestants that it was either overcooked or underseasoned.
But he still dished out some good scores, giving Adam and eight, Calum a five, Fraser a six and Stuart a nine.
The contestants pulled out all the stops for the final course.
But one had to go and Fraser was given the boot after receiving the lowest score.
