Over the past seven days the mum has kept fans up to date with how she’s been feeling.
This weekend Charlotte felt strong enough to leave the house and enjoy some time in London with her fiancé Matthew Sarsfield.
She put on a brave face for a night out in the capital with pals, and also attended Tyson Fury’s fight at Wembley.
But unfortunately Charlotte has been subject to vile messages because fans have seen that she’s been out enjoying herself.

The TV star shared an incredible video of her showing off her stunning look for Tyson’s fight.
Charlotte captioned the post: “This one is for you troll edzzzz cos you all hate me having fun ….
“What do you expect me to not try & get on with my life because of what’s happened?
“I didn’t really want to go but I put a brave face on & had a lovely time with our palz… the messages are just pathetic, but thank you so much to my belters who are sending so much love …

Last week she was left in tears as trolls sent her “disgusting” messages accusing her of faking her pregnancy after suffering a miscarriage.
Last Monday Charlotte revealed she has suffered a miscarriage after finding out she was pregnant on Mother’s Day.
She bravely told her 1.3million followers on Instagram: “Hi my darlings, I finally feel ready to post this.. I mean I don’t know when there is a good time to post this.
“It’s been an extremely tough week mentally but also obviously physically…
“I am heartbroken beyond words.. and I know I’m never quiet on here, & always so open and honest with you guys so it’s been a shock to you all.”
Earlier this week she admitted that she was still “absolutely drained” and “in agony” after revealing her secret miscarriage.
Just last week the mum sparked concern after she quit social media.
At the time she told fans that she had received some “awful news” just days after her son Noah fell ill.
